Rules & how it works

Only use this on hosts you own or have permission to test. We resolve the target to a public IP and refuse private or reserved addresses. Enter a host and the common ports (FTP, SSH, SMTP, HTTP/HTTPS, mail, databases and more) are probed automatically, with any banners shown. Answered web ports get a small open link, and each banner is truncated to a few kilobytes. Some services announce themselves instantly; others stay silent until they're asked.
